The flat shoe that doesn't look flat. The crystal buckle at the front does all the work: it lifts a simple jeans-and-blouse look and works just as well at a lunch, a daytime wedding or an afternoon party. And inside, these are real orthopedic dress loafers, the kind that let you stay until the end without looking for a place to sit.

• Decorative crystal buckle, the detail that makes them occasion shoes without putting you on a heel.
• Square toe that keeps your toes straight with room, without the squeeze of a pointed toe.
• Flexible knit upper that gives and molds to your foot from the first wear.
• Slip-on with no laces: pull them on in one move and go.
• Thin, flat sole for a steady, natural step, so you can stand for as long as you need.
• Orthopedic loafers for women that lift any look: jeans, dress pants or a dress, depending on the occasion.

Wear them with cropped jeans or a midi dress and let the buckle catch the light.
