Height with your foot well placed. These orthopedic heeled sandals close with an ankle buckle, so your foot stays secure and doesn't slide forward, which is exactly the difference between a sandal that lasts all night and one you take off halfway through the party. The block heel and the woven front straps give them a dressy feel that works with rolled jeans, a dress or linen pants.

• Adjustable ankle buckle: set it to your foot and the shoe stays in place.
• Block heel with far more contact area than a stiletto of the same height.
• Slim front platform that reduces the angle of the foot and softens each step.
• Woven front straps that hold the instep at several points instead of one wide strap.
• Open toe that gives your toes room and shows off a pedicure.
• Day and night: with denim on Saturday, with a dress at a wedding or a dinner.

Wear these orthopedic heeled sandals with a midi dress or cropped linen pants for warm-weather events.
