A relaxed sweater with a deep V neck has something the others don't: it looks easy and elegant at the same time. The knit is fine and light, falls loose from a dropped shoulder, and the neckline opens into a wide ribbed V that clears the whole neck. It goes with jeans to the office on a Tuesday and with dress pants that same night.

• Fine, light knit with a soft drape that keeps you warm without bulk or weight.
• Deep V neck with a ribbed edge that holds its shape and lengthens the neck.
• Relaxed cut with dropped shoulders, easy through the body without squeezing anywhere.
• Wide long sleeves with ribbed cuffs that keep them in place.
• Ribbed hem for a clean drape over your pants.
• Wear it on its own, or with a cami underneath when you want a little more coverage at the neckline.

Pair it with tailored pants and small hoops: the V neck does all the work, and the rest of the outfit can stay simple.
